Mimosas !
In January and February something magical occurs along the Riviera: a golden blanket of delicately perfumed mimosa flowers. Originally from Australia, the mimosas have been thriving along the Côte d'Azur for about 100 years. And we'll forgive their invasive nature seeing how beautiful they are...
